This week, we dove into the concept of rounding. Students learned that we can round a number to any place value position by paying close attention to the digit at the right. If the digit to the right of the rounding place is 5 or greater, we will round up the rounding place. If the digit to the right of the rounding place is 4 or less, we will keep the rounding place the same.
